the location of this hotel is great, being right in the center of everything made getting around easy.
The room's condition was substandard. upon arrival, i noticed several outlets were not functional and one of the lamps had a bulb missing. housekeeping was also inconsistent. One day our room was skipped entirely, another day the service felt rushed and incomplete. there was even a toe nail clipping from a previous guest on one of the chairs.

i ate breakfast at henry's, the food was excellent! staff were amazing. the whole facility feels like a one stop shop, and everything i needed was there so i didn't have to leave. i asked for an upgrade and i got a large one bedroom suite. it had great views!
i noticed housekeeping comes in once per day to check the fridge to see if i used anything. this happened even when my 'do not disturb' tag was on the door. it felt very weird.

the room was dirty when i arrived, crumbs were on tables and empty tissues were found. a nearly empty toilet paper roll was there too. it was quite disappointing and not what i expect from a hotel at this price.
