inconsistent service overshadows location
broken outlet rushed service
the location of this hotel is great, being right in the center of everything made getting around easy.
The room's condition was substandard. upon arrival, i noticed several outlets were not functional and one of the lamps had a bulb missing. housekeeping was also inconsistent. One day our room was skipped entirely, another day the service felt rushed and incomplete. there was even a toe nail clipping from a previous guest on one of the chairs.

amazing suite and convenient location!
excellent food amazing staff one-bedroom suite
i ate breakfast at henry's, the food was excellent! staff were amazing. the whole facility feels like a one stop shop, and everything i needed was there so i didn't have to leave. i asked for an upgrade and i got a large one bedroom suite. it had great views!
i noticed housekeeping comes in once per day to check the fridge to see if i used anything. this happened even when my 'do not disturb' tag was on the door. it felt very weird.

the terrace one bedroom suite featured modern decor and ample space for relaxation. it included a separate living area and a private balcony. the room also included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

this hotel has a fitness center equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i saw varied restaurants with different cuisines. free entry to the marquee parties was available.

the hotel is located near the bellagio, so i could easily walk over there. it is located in the middle of the strip. this central position made it easy to get around.

empty tissues dirty room
lots of dining options were available which was great.
the room was dirty when i arrived, crumbs were on tables and empty tissues were found. a nearly empty toilet paper roll was there too. it was quite disappointing and not what i expect from a hotel at this price.

balcony view excellent food nice bed
the room had a fountain view (a wonderful surprise), and i liked the balcony. the bed was very nice. i found many excellent food options within the hotel.
i noticed the carpet had some peeling areas.
